Sharing a card today that was an order for a friend who's daughter was turning 40. The brief was to do something similar to one I'd done of my own parents wedding anniversary (which you can see here), to use lilacs and to include her name and age, and somehow to incorporate her daughter's love of angels.

I almost always make a matching smaller card that goes in an envelope stuck the the back of the card.
I used hot foiling for the sentiment.
